High there! I'm Sarah, and I'm passionate about helping businesses succeed and grow in this incredible industry.  My career trajectory has allowed me to gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the cannabis retail business, and master what's required to make a business succeed in this landscape. I’ve opened and run dispensaries, managed business and operational projects for vertically integrated companies, supported growing successful cannabis brands, overseen large retail departments with over 21 locations, built and managed high performing teams,  and worked on expansion into other markets nationally and internationally. After 11 years working in the cannabis space, I’ve opened over 38 dispensaries,  and led cannabis retail for some of the largest players in Colorado.  After becoming a mom, I wanted to explore how I could use my experience to support new and existing cannabis companies across the country.  I founded Eden Ventures in 2021 as a full service cannabis retail  and operations consulting firm, and  have had the opportunity to work with clients across the United States apply for licenses, build their cannabis retail businesses, open dispensaries, enhance their existing operations, grow sales, and achieve their goals.
